Note: Accompanying persons do not have access to academic sessions and cannot be listed as co-authors.

Refund & Cancellation Policy

We understand that unforeseen events may require cancellation. While we aim to be as flexible and accommodating as possible, organising a conference like SiGS 2026 requires substantial planning and financial commitments. Therefore, we have established a clear and fair refund policy.

Cancellations by May 15, 2026: Full refund minus a €30 administrative fee
Cancellations between May 16 and June 15, 2026: 50% refund
Cancellations after June 15, 2026: No refund will be issued
